Once you complete your online order process Gowake Boardstore is notified and your order details will be checked for errors and stock will be confirmed. If anything needs to be attended to we'll contact you straight away - Please ensure your contact details are correct at the time of your order.

 

Returns Policy

Gowake Boardstore understands that people change their minds. That's why we offer a full in store credit/exchange on purchases subject to the following conditions:

  1. Please ensure you have proof of purchase: receipt of purchase will be sent with your product
  2. Make sure the product is in unused condition and its original packaging (if packed).
  3. Credits and exchanges will be given for - incorrect size, upgrade of product and warranty claims. Other reasons please contact us.
  4. Credits and exchanges must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. This does not apply to warranty claims where the warranty period exceeds three weeks.
  5. We offer credits and exchanges only. No cash refunds .

To return a product you can either come into the store where we can do it on the spot. Or, contact us via email (info@gowake.com.au) or telephone (07 5448 7555) and arrange return delivery
